Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cup skim milk,

2 coarsely chopped medium bananas

1/2 cup low-fat yogurt,

1 tablespoon honey,

1 tablespoon wheat germ

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon until smooth.

Description

Give your daily calcium and potassium intake a boost with this delicious banana smoothie. Enriched with the flavour and sweetness of honey and cinnamon and the goodness of wheatgerm, it's a meal in itself.

Directions

1 Blend or process ingredients until smooth. Serve in tall glasses.

Notes

Use frozen bananas or add ice cubes to blender for a thicker smoothie.
